Newest-fired-first history of this schedule's unattended occurrences — one entry per export_runs row, each the outcome of one quantized cron occurrence the consumer's dispatcher task offered. A manual Run now does NOT appear here — it sends through the shared interactive send core directly and writes no export_runs row, so it has no history entry on this route. An occurrence the dispatcher offers more than 60 minutes after it should have fired is recorded as a skipped run (skipReason: dispatcher-stale) rather than run late — see docs/07-operations/unattended-scheduled-sends.md, "Stale occurrences are skipped, not sent".

Requires dashboard:read — a read of past outcomes is no more sensitive than the schedule row itself, and nothing here is mutated or widened. Same 404-feature-disabled gate as the rest of this group.
