The caller's personal, org-scoped pinned panels (DVT-5305), oldest first. Access is re-evaluated on every read: accessible is false when the dashboard is gone or the caller can no longer read it, and dashboardTitle is present ONLY when accessible (the title of a dashboard the caller lost is never returned). Not role-gated.
