Restore a dashboard to a prior version.
Reverts the whole dashboard to the chosen revision. Restore is a forward edit — a new revision is written and the dashboard's version increments — so history stays append-only. The primary path is identity-preserving: it restores the manifest spine and sets each page and element back to its pinned version from the target revision's pointer set (a per-child forward edit). When that is not possible — the target revision predates pointer sets, or a later full-spec update re-keyed its children — it rebuilds from the revision's stored snapshot.
