Delete a dashboard.

Soft-deletes the dashboard and everything under it (its pages and elements). The dashboard immediately disappears from every read surface — list, get, favorites, revisions — but its revision history is retained, so the delete is recoverable. Editor or above (dashboard:write): the same gate as deleting a page or element, i.e. an admin or editor on the dashboard. Idempotent: deleting an already-deleted (or cross-tenant) dashboard returns 404.
