Bulk Set Transcript Client Price

Set the same specific-transcript override across multiple clients at once.

Registered before /{transcript_id}/clients/{client_id} below — FastAPI matches path templates in registration order, and "bulk" would otherwise be swallowed by that route's {client_id}: UUID parameter (and 422 on UUID parsing) if it came first.
