List Generated Invoices

Invoices already sent, with what the tokens took off them.

The counterpart to the upcoming view: once an invoice goes out it leaves that surface, and without this the applied tokens have nowhere to be seen after the fact. has_more says outright whether the page was capped rather than leaving it inferred from a full page.
