Datasets GET /raw-export can serve.

An allowlist rather than a bare string so an unrecognized dataframe fails at validation with a 422. Shannon INJ-VULN-07 flagged this route as CWE-89 because injection payloads in dataframe returned 200 with a "No data available" CSV, which reads to a scanner as an accepted payload. The value only ever picks a branch; it never reaches SQL.
