Force Start Trial

Changed on

Manually start the trial for an intake_pending row. Pulls trial_start_date forward to now and runs the same cascade as the scheduled auto-start job (INTAKE_PENDING → TRIAL_PENDING → TRIAL_ACTIVE). Used when an admin wants to skip the wait for first ingestion (or the 30-day fallback) — e.g. a customer is ready to integrate today.
