Get Distributor Detail

Contract detail for one LP client: contracts (switcher), terms + TOU versions, tiers with provisioning-template snapshots, account counts, and the client's distributor admins (PRO-1983). Distributor roles themselves are managed like block_role — via the user schemas and the CAMS user-management UI.
