Get Spontaneous Activities

Fetch currently-live spontaneous activities (not yet expired).

2026-05-21 (v5) — Defensive outer try/except added. This endpoint is on the Home cold-load critical path; previously any DB hiccup or serializer exception bubbled as 502 and broke CORS visibility for the whole page. The contract now: NEVER raise, NEVER 5xx — empty list + 200 is the worst case. Real exceptions still log fully for triage.
