Log Broken Activity Link

2026-05-20 — FE calls this whenever a /activity/:id GET returns 404. Stored in broken_activity_links (Migration 031) so ops can identify which surface is emitting stale UUIDs. Best-effort: write failures are swallowed because the user is already in an error state.
