Reclassify Activity Safety
Re-run age/safety inference on an existing activity (owner only).
Useful when an activity was ingested before a pattern was tightened and stored wrong safety fields (e.g. restricted_content=False when the title / description contains explicit adult signals). The endpoint never downgrades a manually set rating — it only upgrades. Returns the updated safety fields.
