Share Activity To Circles

Share an activity with one or more circles the caller belongs to.

Safety order:

  1. Activity must exist and not be archived/expired.
  2. Caller must be an ACTIVE member of every target circle.
  3. Restricted age_rating cannot be pushed to circles with minors (we read age_rating + circle member ages and refuse if the activity is adult-rated and any target circle has a minor on the roster).
  4. Each (circle, activity) pair upserts into circle_activity_links. Duplicate shares update message only when the linker is the same user (or an admin); otherwise the existing row is preserved (first-share wins on metadata).
