Activity lifecycle on creator-initiated removal:
- Paid tickets exist -> 400, must refund first
- Has participants -> mark cancelled + cancelled_at, notify all, stays visible 72h, auto-archived by lifecycle job, anonymised after 6 months
- No participants -> hard delete immediately Audit trail preserved at every stage.
