Owner Verify Claimed Activity

Called after claim approval — new owner confirms/corrects activity details. Clears the 'claimed_needs_review' flag once submitted.

Body is now Pydantic-validated (was body: dict previously) so a bad latitude or malformed date_time surfaces at the boundary with a clean 422, not as a SQL type error at commit time.
