Submit a video generation job to OpenRouter

Asynchronous: returns a job id to poll. Billed on submit at the model's flat catalog price, not on completion — the cost only appears on the finished job, and billing there would let a caller submit renders and never poll. Poll with GET /agent-integrations/openrouter/videos/{jobId} and download with .../content; both are unbilled and restricted to the submitting user.
