List video-generation models available through OpenRouter

Video models publish a flat per-generation price, returned here as price_per_generation (USD, as charged). A model without one cannot be submitted, since there would be nothing to bill. When the upstream catalog published them, entries also carry supported_resolutions, supported_aspect_ratios, supported_durations, supported_sizes, supported_frame_images, generate_audio, seed, and allowed_passthrough_parameters verbatim, for validating a submission against this model's actual capabilities beforehand.
