List Composio tools as OpenAI function-call schemas

Returns OpenAI-format tool definitions for the calling user's Composio tools, optionally filtered by toolkits (intersected with the server allowlist) and tags. Note that Composio's tag filter applies OR semantics — passing multiple tags broadens the result rather than narrowing it. Tags are case-insensitive but must match the catalog value literally (e.g. repos matches but repo does not).

Comma-separated list of Composio catalog tags (e.g. repos,important). Examples: readOnlyHint, updateHint, destructiveHint, repos, pulls, issues, Repository Management.
