Evaluate typed questions with a Jev System One model

Proxies TypeSafe's System One wire format to OpenRouter's /api/v1/systemone endpoint. Accepts bare Jev ids such as jev-latest and jev-1.13, plus namespaced ids such as typesafe/jev-1.13. The upstream response is returned verbatim so TypeSafe-compatible clients can decode its typed Choice, Score, and Noul answers. Use /agent-integrations/openrouter as the base URL for clients that append /v1/systemone; the compatibility route below serves the same handler.
