Create embeddings directly against OpenRouter

Proxies to OpenRouter's OpenAI-compatible /embeddings. The model must be an embedding slug from GET /agent-integrations/openrouter/embeddings/models — chat slugs are rejected, and vice versa, because OpenRouter keeps the two catalogs apart. Billed per input token; embeddings emit no completion tokens.
