Stores a file for up to 7 days (free plan) or 365 days (paid plans); ttlDays is clamped to the plan maximum. Total active storage per user is capped at 1 GiB. Charged upfront for the whole lifetime ((storageRate × sizeGB × ttlDays/30 + putRate) plus margin, min $0.0001).
