Generate an image directly against OpenRouter

Proxies to OpenRouter's /images. Synchronous: the response carries the generated image(s) and a usage.cost, and the call is billed at that exact upstream cost plus the configured margin — not at a catalog rate. Every parameter OpenRouter accepts (size, quality, aspect_ratio, n, seed, input_references, output_format, provider, …) is forwarded verbatim.
