List Shared With Me

List the files and folders other people shared with you, folders first.

Without folder_id: everything shared with you or with one of your groups that you do not own, except what sits inside a folder that is itself shared with you. With folder_id: that folder's contents. Rows carry the owner's path in file_name. Page with next_cursor.
