Write owners and grants back into the legacy group mappings (SSE).

Run it before rolling the sharing release back, so the previous release, which reads only the mappings, still finds what was created and shared since: per-user groups for new accounts, an owner mapping for every asset with none, every chat and assistant owner and grant. Asset grants are not carried back. Adds only; safe to run again. Admin only.
