Get Custom Agent Prompt Assets Sharing

Whether the assets the assistant's prompt names are shared with everyone the assistant is shared with.

A run reads each prompt asset as the person running it, so someone who cannot view one gets an assistant that cannot use it. This lists the assets missing a person, group or pending invite of the assistant (VIEW each), with who; in_sync is true when there are none. Needs the assistant shared with the caller.
