Refresh Session Cookie

Store the current Firebase ID token in an HttpOnly cookie.

The route runs normal Bearer verification (same as any other login) before echoing that token into the cookie. Subsequent requests validate the cookie via the same verify_id_token path. Refresh this cookie when the client refreshes the Firebase ID token.
