List the certificates of the caller’s network

The certificates (claims) of the companies in the caller's network, the caller's own included. A DRAFT is listed only to the company that created it; another company's TRANSACTION certificate is listed only to its creator. Archived and removed certificates are left out unless filter.expirationStatus asks for them. fileUrl is a one-hour, read-only signed download URL. With isDropDown=true every match comes back in one response (page, count, sort and q are ignored) with fewer columns per row. metadata.pagination.page is 1-based, while the page query parameter is 0-based; the dropdown answers one page holding every row.
