Unarchives a certificate of the caller's own company; one that is not archived is answered as it is. data is the certificate. 404 claim_not_found if the caller cannot see it, 409 claim_owned_by_linked_company if another company in the network owns it. Migrated from the legacy PUT /v3/claims/:id/to-unarchive.
