Lloyd's syndicate dossier (capacity + result forecast + US eligibility)

Lookup mode (syndicate given): one syndicate's capacity and Lloyd's estimated result forecast per year of account, plus its US-eligibility cross-reference (joined by syndicate number to this API's insurer eligibility data). Browse mode (omitted): the active-syndicate roster, optionally filtered by managing_agent. Estimated results are Lloyd's own forecast RANGES on a year-of-account basis, not audited results. $0.10 per query.
