Carrier solvency/distress dossier (receivership + enforcement)

Lookup mode (insurer given): a company's receivership estate(s) plus its enforcement actions inline, across the covered states unless narrowed with state -- unknown company returns empty arrays, never a 404. Browse mode (omitted): receivership estates, optionally filtered by state and status. Companies match by normalized name (no NAIC number is published). $0.10 per query.
