Surplus-lines insurer eligibility lookup/list (NAIC IID, nationwide)

Lookup mode (insurer given) or list mode (omitted): current roster + recent additions/removals. Nationwide under NRRA -- state only affects the eligibility downgrade for state-specific restrictions, never filters the roster or 404s. $0.10 per query.

Query parameters

insurerstring

Insurer name or NAIC IID alien ID (e.g. AA-1344102). Present -> lookup mode; omit for list mode.

statestring

2-letter state code. Downgrades a 'limited' entity's eligibility to 'ineligible' in the response when the state matches a named restriction. Format-validated only (2 letters) -- NOT checked against known stamping states, since NAIC IID eligibility is nationwide (NRRA).

changes_sincestring

List mode only. YYYY-MM; recent_additions/recent_removals since this month (default: the latest edition).
