Restart After Error

Re-send everything this press did not finish, from the last job it did.

Every job sent after the last completed one that is not completed goes back to the FRONT of the queue, in its original order, marked "redo: printer error <words>". No completed job is ever re-sent. 404 no such route; 409 the route is not a press, or nothing after the last completed job was reported failed (a printer that merely did not confirm is not an error).
