Start Printing

Start printing: Rooster feeds the presses until somebody pauses or nothing is left (FLR-109, issue #4503; Frederick, 2026-10-12: "the human really should only hit a button that says like start printing"). Writes one switch row with who pressed it and when, and resumes the batches a Pause paused. Refused (409) while the setting print_rooster_feed is off.
