Get Packaging Postage

What the Packaging page shows about postage: how many envelopes the balance covers and, when it runs short, the plain sentence (FLR-109, Frederick, 2026-10-12: "when it gets to the packaging step, it needs to only do enough envelopes based off of postage"). Read only: it asks for nothing and buys nothing. balance_usd and covers are null when the balance cannot be read, and then nothing about postage is claimed. Bulk mail for contracted facilities is never counted and never blocked.
