Dojo

Server-Sent Events stream of the Dojo sparring narrative.

Returns a text/event-stream connection emitting the ordered dojo_sim_events for a session, one sim_event frame per row in id order. Per-connection cap of 5 minutes; clients reconnect with Last-Event-ID (the last seen event id) or ?since=<id> to resume. Defaults to replaying from the start so a dashboard opening mid-sim sees the full narrative. MNE-517 §2 / MNE-520.
