Dojo

Mint an ephemeral compute/operate key (gateway + api:read + api:write).

Mints a Mnemom-provided, ephemeral API key carrying gateway + api:read + api:write (the standard-key default; no admin scopes), hung off the dedicated dojo-system billing account (not tied to ownership). gateway lets the runner act AS the agent through the prod gateway; api:read/api:write let the agent authenticate to mnemom-api MCP routes during onboarding (BE BORN / DECLARE) — a gateway-only key would 401 on every MCP call. The cleartext key is returned ONCE. Optionally bound to a TryMeConfig (sets its compute_key_ref). Admin-only — backs the /admin/dojo control surface. MNE-517 §2 / MNE-519.
