Dojo

List configured dojo provider keys (admin-only, non-secret metadata).

Lists which providers have a dojo provider key configured, with non-secret metadata (provider, key_prefix, key_ref, updated_by, timestamps). NEVER returns the ciphertext or cleartext. Admin-only. MNE-517 (BYOK pivot).
