Export a full Dojo run to a downloadable file.

Dumps the complete, timestamped record of a run. audience=ciso (customer/CISO, the default) returns the run summary, transcript, per-checkpoint verdicts, nudges, tools and breaches PLUS signed verification pointers so a third party can independently re-verify the Ed25519 checkpoint chain — it never includes raw model payloads, and is authorized for the session's agent owner (ADR-062). audience=debug additionally includes the full raw event stream with captured model payloads and is Mnemom-staff ONLY. Choose json (canonical), yaml, or md (readable transcript). MNE-692.
