Re-execute a saved search and return results

Runs the stored query + filters through the same PostingStore pipeline as /api/v1/jobs/search — honoring the campaign_live_providers + campaign_fq_clause cache guards, so /run only surfaces billable inventory (identical semantics to a fresh search). Updates last_result_count on the saved search. Returns the same shape as /jobs/search.
