Set a new password via a password-reset token

Consumes a single-use password_reset token (from the reset email) and sets a new account password. On success the session cookie is issued, logging the browser in. Single-use + expiring; a used / expired / unknown token 400s. Identical mechanics to set-password; the two differ only in which token purpose they accept. Because the token was delivered by email, a successful consume also marks the email verified (stamps juju.email.date_verified).
