Update mutable profile fields

Accepts first_name, last_name, phone, country. Email changes go through a separate verification flow. Password and MFA settings go through dedicated flows. Phone is E.164-normalized via libphonenumber and resolves to a juju.phone artifact row (reusing the existing one if the number already exists). Unknown fields in the request body are silently ignored. Empty PATCH body returns the current profile unchanged.

Any format; server normalizes to E.164. Null clears.

ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 ('US', 'CA', 'GB'). Null clears.

Updated profile (or unchanged profile if PATCH had no mutable fields).
