List the logged-in consumer's saved jobs

Paginated. Each item includes the cached display fields (title, company, city/state/postal/country) captured at save time plus user state (date_saved, date_applied, notes). The active field flags whether the underlying job is still live in Solr — currently always null (Solr merge is future work); the SPA can render an "expired" badge once active === false starts appearing.
