Archive all tickets in a lane

Archives every non-archived ticket of the given type and status (both required in the body). Pass the board's active filter (the same JSON string GET /tickets takes) to archive only the filtered subset — omit it to archive the whole lane. Processes at most 1000 tickets per call; repeat the call to drain larger lanes. Returns true.
