Get a feature request's roadmap summary
Roadmap summary of one feature request: title, a description excerpt, the customer-facing status, the upvote count and the public share link. ticketId is the ticket id or its number (123 or #123). Only feature requests of this project resolve (404 otherwise); a request in a hidden lane comes back with public: false and no status label or share link. Voter identities are never returned.
