/notifications/activity-feed

Recent change events matching anything the user is watching.

Resolves the user's Watchers into a set of CVRs (explicit cvrs, plus CVRs matched by rule-based or accounting-connection Watchers), then queries change_events for those CVRs. Sorted newest first.
