Get Public Claimed Profile

Get public claimed profile data for a company.

This is used by the frontend to display claimed profile info (logo, description, social links, etc.) on the company page.

Always returns 200. The is_claimed field indicates whether there's a real verified claim. Falls back to admin profile data if no claim exists.
