Create Fokus Checkout

Create a Stripe checkout session for a one-off "Virksomheder i fokus" bid. Anyone with an account can feature ANY active company - the bidder buys placement (30 days on the rolling board), never card content. See backend/docs/FOKUS_AUCTION.md.
