Get Fmu Export V1

Read an FMU export job's status (ownership-guarded).

status walks queued → solving → completed | failed. While it solves, units_done/units_total give weighted, monotone progress over the WHOLE job, phase names the surface being sampled and eta_s is the server's estimate of the seconds left (null until measurable). chunks_done/chunks_total remain the current phase's own counters. A completed job carries filename and artifact_available; fetch .../download while it is true (24 h).
