Get Component

Retrieve a single component by prefixed id.

Public catalog: readable by any authenticated user. Private custom: readable by the owner only; cross-user access returns 404 component_not_found.

Readable WITHOUT a credential for a CURATED public row; a private, user-submitted or never-existed id all return the same 404, so the open route is no more of an existence oracle than the open list is.

Returns the component resource (200).
