Patch Project

Update one or more editable fields.

Body fields are all optional: name (1-255 chars), aircraft_type_tag (up to 50 chars), notes (no length cap). Only fields included in the request body are updated; omitted fields preserve their current values.

Empty body is a 200 idempotent no-op.

Returns the updated project resource (200).
